We have closed our retail store until we find appropriate
premises.
Payment: We accept all major credit and debit
cards on-line and cheques if ordering by post, but please remember to allow for Postage and
Packing.

You can also order by phone if you phone 01704 549777 during
office hours (10am to
4pm Monday through Friday, the office may be closed on occasion
when we exhibit at craft shows).
Post & Packaging costs: We have a standard rate of
£2 on all orders £60 or less within the UK. This also
contributes to banking costs on really small orders (we have no
minimum spend). UK
deliveries are free on orders over £60.
Some heavy items may have a P&P surcharge (which will be clearly marked and included in the price).

does not cater for overseas delivery and the charge will be
manually adjusted when the transaction is made.
Our products normally are sent out the next working day by recorded delivery.
Expect a slight delay during peak show times.
Brochure: We currently offer a brochure showing all 100
stamp sets. It is for the benefit of crafters without access to the internet and gives less detailed information than the
website. We strongly recommend viewing on our website which will normally be
more up to date than a catalogue. If you need the brochure it
can be purchased by sending 6 second class stamps and a large (A5) self addressed envelope with a
'Large Letter' stamp on it.
